I created this page during the administration of George W. Bush, who posesses one of the worst environmental records in US History. While the media, and therefore most of the populace of the United States of America, were focussing their their attention on the ongoing quagmire in Iraq, the Bush Administration methodically gutted the environmental laws and regulations in our country. This in spite of the fact that the majority of the voters are pro-environment, especially when it comes to the pollution of the air and water. Browse through the detailed information at the links below and you'll be horrified at what has been been happening to our environment during most of the twenty-first century. Unfortunately, the Obama administration has only been able to undo a small amount of this damage, and is largely hamstrung by politicians who receive a large amount of money from the corporations whose profits come first, regardless of the permanent damage done to our beautiful planet.
